1) Remove Facial Hair Instantly And Permanently

Ingredients

• Unflavored Gelatin One teaspoon full
• Raw Milk …Two teaspoon
• Honey…Quarter teaspoon
• Turmeric…One pinch.

Unflavored gelatin is easily available in the grocery stores. Gelatin consist of protein and amino acid which helps in reducing the appearance of wrinkle, sun damage skin ,tan and stretch marks giving your face a very youthful look and it also brightens up your skin
Raw milk is the milk which you have not boiled. Raw milk act as a cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer on your skin and it has some amazing nutrients to keep your skin looking younger and a kind of conceal the fine lines, wrinkles, reduces the appearance of suntan and sun damage. If you boil the milk, it loses most of these nutrients, so use it without boiling it, before mixing just warm it so that it will get mix well with the gelatin.

Honey helps to detox your skin and remove all the impurities.
Turmeric is one of the main ingredients to get rid of facial hair or any unwanted hair permanently.
Mix these four ingredients to get a smooth paste. If the paste becomes thick or hard just toss it in the microwave oven for five seconds. Before applying the mask wash your face and pinned back your hair with a hair band. First keep a towel dip in warm water on your face to open all the pores that will make easier for the mask to pull out all the unwanted hair, the white heads, the black heads and the dirt settled in the pores.
Apply this paste on your face with the help of flat soft brush very quickly otherwise the paste will start hardening up and if it is hardened or difficult to apply keep it in the oven for five seconds to make it soft. The area around your eyes is extremely sensitive, so make sure you don’t apply close to your eyes.
Now leave this mask on your face for 30 to 35 minutes till it get dries up. Your face will feel like plastic as though you have a shrink wrap going around your face. To pull this mask out, first pull your skin out really tight under the jaw line in that way it will open the ends of the mask and it will easy to pull out the mask from there and always make sure you are pulling the mask upwards because that is the opposite direction of your hair growth and that is when the hair comes off. This pulling of mask from your face is little bit painful but it will pull out all the facial hair from your face. Obviously it is painful so go slowly and carefully while pulling the mask and be patient. One more thing is that the gelatin does not smell very good. So if you are sensitive to smell you can add drops of lemon or tea tree oil or lavender oil when making the mask, so it will not smell bad. So now when the mask is completely pulled off from your face you will see the
facial hair, black heads, and white heads clearly on your mask. The skin will become super soft and fresh. Now rinse your face with lukewarm water and then immediately massage your face with some ice cubes just to stop it from getting some redness. Then use any moisturizer on your face. By using this mask once or twice you will get the results permanently.

2) Home Remedy For Reducing Facial Hair

• Turmeric….Two teaspoon
• Gram Flour….Three tablespoon
• Lemon…Half
• Sandalwood paste…One pinch
Take a bowl, add three tablespoon of gram flour, two teaspoon of turmeric, one pinch of sandalwood paste and half a lemon juice. Mix well, if it is very thick you can add little water to make it smooth and apply this paste on your face and leave it for 30 to 35 minutes. Then rinse with water and dry your face. This paste should be applied everyday for one month or till you get the result. This paste will reduce your facial hair by initially thinning it and also help to soften your skin and brighten your face


3) Home Remedy Using Honey And Lemon

• Lemon…half
• Honey…One table spoon
Mix one tablespoon of honey and half a lemon very well and apply the mixture to remove unwanted facial hair. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Take a small Turkish napkin, fold it and soak it in a warm water, remove the excess water and wipe out the honey and lemon paste applied. Rinse the area with water. Honey s known for brightening and hydrating the skin and it also has the property of reducing unnecessary hair growth. This can be done three times in a week.

4) Best food For Hormonal Balance

Some food that can help you in balancing the hormones are
Soya
Soya has a phytoestrogens which helps in balancing the hormones. This helps in balancing the level of estrogens and this would reduce the facial hair eventually. All soya base products like tofu chunks and soya milk are very useful. Sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, dry fruits, garlic, peaches, oats, barley, lentils, moong, beans, rice and bran. All these things help in increasing estrogen and thus reduce excessive facial hair naturally.

Vegetables
